Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is important to Ai Change, LLC. If you are not satisfied with your Claspies, please send us an email (info@aichange.com) within 30 days of purchase explaining the reason for your return along with a copy of your invoice.
Please note that Ai Change, LLC adheres to the strictest Health Code regulations that pertain to the underwear industry, and refunds/replacements will be provided for manufacturing defects only as returned merchandise will not be resold. All returned Claspies will be subject to a thorough inspection and refunds/replacements will be issued based on our discretion. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded based on the price paid. Additionally, all refunds will exclude shipping and handling costs. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you ship your package for your account to be credited.
Please ship returns to the following address via a pre-paid, insured and trackable method of delivery, such as UPS, FedEx or certified mail, and save all receipts and documents that may be used to track the delivery.
